HELP!!Chain Rubs against Derailleur

My first race is tomorrow and I just realized my chain is scraping against my front derailleur...I think when I dropped it on its side flipping it upside down this might have happened. Any suggestions??? Much appreciated!

1) Check the alignment of the front derailleur to make sure it is not crooked.

2) Check to see if the cage got bent.

3) If nothing is off with those, then it probably just needs to have the set screw adjusted.
