Help for Bmx racing Training

Hey out there,
whats up
My name is Arthur I am bmx racer who has to wrok a full time job and i was wondering what sort of idea or help ican get for training for raceing, i was lookin to be able to get more strenght for sprinting and starts any help i can get would be apperciated .
 
before every work-out do 80 90 degree squats and at the end do 50. that is the only thing that i saw a big improvment in my performance, other things helped along the way for me, but his was a great one
 
hey cool what sort of percent of my max we lookin at here, it what i wonder and did you mean 80 squats
