    Need some encouragement. Am trying to eat right, but it is a

    I'm Type 2 ("so they say"😉. I belong to a weight loss group
    y m8 (in the 25-50 page)

    Through their guidance I'm stubbornly learning to change my
    eating habits. Have found two great morning cereals -
    Kelloggs Smart Start and Wal-Mart's Great Value Natures
    Grains..Very low in fat content.

    I use CaloriesCount.com to keep track of diet -
    calories/fat grams. At 5'4" - I'm allowed 40 fat grams on a
    1200 calorie diet.

    Hope this helps some - The Aspartame URL is real. I was
    crippled by Aspartame reaction. Even the 2 years of
    burning/tingling arms has disappeared since I quit Equal and
    diet Cokes.
