it is like some sort of a lug or summat sticks out about 5 mm on the right hand side tube above the sprockets, only on this side tho... please see the photo to see if you can identify it..

i thought it was for one of those auto chain lubricator doohickeys or summat but i could be wrong... just beats the hell outa me..😕 😕

ahh pics too blurry but if its what i think it is, you put your chain on it when you take the wheel off so you can put it back in easy
There is one on my Wheeler, its for hanging the chain when changing the wheel. 😎
