Help repairing Time road pedals

I cracked the plastic portion of my time road pedals. I found a couple replacements but don't know
how to remove and replace.

There are pins available that screw into the pins holding TIME road pedals together...then pullout
the pins, ,replace the parts and reassemble-see a decent LBS or send them to me and I'll do it-
