I'm after some maintenance advice: the hex-bolts used for fixing the rear-pannier rack have siezed
into their threaded inserts. The threaded inserts are steel and mount into the aluminium frame.

The problem now is that when you turn the hex bolt, the threaded insert also rotates in the frame.
Has anyone experienced the same problem or can pass on a few tips for releasing or removing. I've
tried penetrating fluid etc. many thanks, Charlie
