  1. Hi everybody,
My name is Merry and I have been lurking here on and off for years and
dabbling for myself. Now my husband is diabetic so low carb plan is now
a way of life for us both all the time. He has been hungry for some
dessert type dishes so I made this one up. It is so yummy and I know
from the ingredients it's low carb, but I need some nice math person to
tell me exactly how many carbs are in it. OK here goes

    Dessert Pancakes
    2 eggs whites
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 cup cream
    3T splenda
    2 tsp melted butter
    1/4 tsp banana extract
    1/4 cup almond flour
1/8 to 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

beat egg whites until stiff in one bowl and then blend the other
ingredients in a separate bowl unitl smooth. Fold mixture into egg
whites. Cook like pancakes Serve with Da Vinci's raspberry syrup and
    whipping cream

    Thanks in advance,,
    Merry

    Merry,

Try www.fitday.com - what you can do is put all the ingredients in, make it
a custom food, and tell it what a serving size is. Then you know how to
count it the next time you eat it. (looks good, btw!)

  4. Thank you, you guys. Much appreciate you taking the time. And Nicki, it
    is good.
