Hey guys

I bought a trek 1400 which had the cleats and the guy threw in a pair of shoes that fit too. It has a 105 groupset

If I want to buy normal pedals that you'd find on say a hybrid, will any fit (screw into the crank arm) or do I need to search for a specific size

All road bikes threads will be the same, 9/16", the right pedal is RH thread, the Left is LH thread. ;) Most will need a 15mm spanner.

The easiest way to remember which side is RH thread and which is LH thread is that to loosen the pedal, you pull the wrench (spanner) from the top towards the back of the bike. To tighten, pull from the top towards the front of the bike.
