Help with stem

I'm looking at buying a new cf stem.

I currently have this one

or It at least looks like that one I'm not sure of the actual size. My torso always feels a little crunched on my bike and I have to constantly remind myself to do the peacock chest or else I will be in for some serious back pain later on. Should I go for a 120mm and a 5 degree? I have a long torso and I'm not sure if forcing myself to push my chest out while riding is common. I do have bad posture.

Since we had no clue what you looked like on the bike how'd you'd expect anyone to chime in with an informed suggestion?

JUst for an answer for people who search in the future my back feels amazing. I did notice a little less sensitive steering but it almost forces me to do the peacock chest.
