Holiday diet for me consists of anything you can imagine, all kinds of meats and hams, cheeses, and a lot of fast food like pizzas, fries and burgers. But I limit myself to a minimum in eating candies and sweet things like chocolate, pastries and cakes. What I do eat are a lot of nuts, fruits and salads to balance my meat diet. I also refrain from drinking sweetened juices and sodas, and drink only fresh fruit juices, lemon water and unsweetened ginger or turmeric tea at night, this helps in melting the fats in my system and it has anti cancer properties.
