i want to be that way! i want to be one of those freaks that
just loves to run! i seriously believe that it's possible
too. i had no idea i could do this!
was out again in the rain today. ran a little under two
miles before my ear started hurting and i came home. then,
to make up for it, this evening i went to the gym and ran on
the treadmill for another 20 minutes. well, actually i
walked the first ten because the muscles in my legs were
just screaming from the last two days, but then when i took
off at a jog they started feeling better.
and it's official. today was my first day of vegetarianism.
hooray! for the time being i'm going to cut back on soda and
other sorts of caffeine too, just as an experiment.
today i consumed: 2 bagels with honey, a banana, 2 glasses
of orange juice, a bowl of veggie soup with 15 crackers
(need to cut that back) and a cup of blackbeans and rice. i
also had 5 teeny tiny chocolate eggs that were leftover from
easter. chocolate stops tommorrow. period.
