I am second from the leftin the black helmet. We rode 46.13 miles that day at an average speed of about 19.5 MPH.

Nice team jersey. About the wheelset your choice of Shimano's sounds good. I think Shimano or Mavic are equally good. I have had a mixture of them for years, though i don't race anymore.
