Airborne's stays are all much lower than the 'standard' xacd's

wouldnt surprise me. but is this 'confirmable' or just a theory?

Not sure if confirmable. But I've seen from a number of posts in the mtbr.com SS forums that they make the Airborne frames. The dropouts on the road and mtb frames look the same as do the welds.
