  1. Sorry I'm a little late reporting on this!

We had 24 out of 60+ participants reporting for week 9. Remember it's not too late to send in
reports for past weeks! If you've been a little slack and haven't sent them in - do it!

    Here's the breakdown for week 9: no exercise: 2 (8.3%) once: 1 (4.2%) twice: 3 (12.5%) three times:
    0 four times: 5 (20.8%) five times: 7 (29.2%)

Great going everybody! Congratulations to everyone who's still with us, and just a reminder to those
that haven't sent in reports for a while that it's definitely not too late!

The HHH will be ending soon, and I'm working on what to do for the next one. All I know for sure
    about the next one is:
    - I'll have a 1 week break inbetween challenges again
    - I'll ask participants to provide an exercise goal - this will be optional as I know for some
people just doing any exercise is an achievement! And others may not like the pressure of "having"
to perform at a certain level each week. So for those that want to provide a goal you'll have the
    option to.

I have no idea what it will be called or what the theme will be yet. Feedback from the survey
indicates the people like the smiley faces, and they like the different colours, although it's not
always easy to remember which colours stand for what. I'm going to try and modify the icons a bit to
make it a little more self-explanitory while keeping the different colours.

Details on the next challenge will be available by November 28. I just want to get a quick draft of
the website done, modify the icons and figure out a name!

  3. I can't make myself join a challenge so this is kinda like butting but I do
have a suggestion. When sq. did her challenge she started a thread each
week and that is where people posted their information. That seems to get
more people to report, kinda like a reminder. Good luck to all who can
    participate, Lee
