I bought a bunch of my Assos bibs from totalcycling because it is much cheaper than buying in the U.S. When the dollar was stronger it was an even better deal.
Colorado Cyclist has several high end brands. Assos, Castelli, Pearl Izumi, and others. Maybe not the cheapest on the internet, but they have pretty good service and real nice catalogs.
