Hillrider needs long-sleeve jersey with a windbreaking front and breathing back

Can anyone recommend a cycling jersey that has a windbreaking front panel and wicking/breathing back panel to help on those fall-winter hilly rides? Thanks.

Haven't seen a jersey like that, but I find a vest works well. I've got one with a windproof front/mesh back that I use when it's not cold enough for a full jacket.
