Hips move more than I think they should

My seat (I think) is adjusted fine. I know that you can get some hop in your hips if the seat is too high. This doesn't seem to be the case. When I am on my trainer at a cadence over 85, my hips seem to start to move more than they should. You think it's the trainer or is an adjustment needed? Or is some "hip hop" normal?

Check in the mirror or have someone look at you. It could be too low.
Adjust in minor increments and compare.

I would agree with checking yourself in a mirror. It could also be your saddle's horizontal position also. If it's too far forward, you may have trouble smoothly pedalling through the top.
