  1. I have narrow bone width in my arms, is it possible to increase the size of
my biceps beyond a certain amount becaues of that? Or do I just use more
    weight and it will happen?

    Depends.

Larry Scott has short clavicles. Didn't stop him from putting on the
    muscle.

Another Mr. Olympia, Franco Columbu, recommended that all lifters
should train with maximum intensity rather than lifting "just to get
in shape." I took that to mean we shouldn't train half-heartedly.

How will you know how much you are able to increase the size of your
biceps if you start off believing that something you call narrow bone
width in your arms is destined to stop you in your tracks?

Pick up a barbell and find out for yourself.

Don't sacrifice at least reasonable form for weight.

    Best of luck.

Yes, it is possible to increase the size of just about anyone's biceps.

Yes again. Not necessarily just more weight, but using the right
    exercises on the right schedule.
