Homeland security ?????????

Last night I was watching c-span for several hours dealing with children exploitation....That problem goes really deep. And the enforcement of it faces a real tough job ahead....
Part of the problem law enforcement faces is that children are more computer savy then most adults, so they know how to find it.... Plus with the internet being world wide, it crosses the law enforcment boundries making it difficult to get a fix on it. Eastern Europe and GB are the main producers with the US the main market...... So , it becomes difficult to pinpoint. It's going to take cooperation between law enforcement.

Agreed : it's a very difficult crime to detect and to prosecute.
For example, multiple users could have access to the same PC.
