Honey Baked Chicken
1 cup fine bread crumbs 1 Tbsp grated orange rind 1 tsp. salt 3 chicken breasts, split
1/2 cup orange juice
2/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup butter
4/2 cup honey
Combine crumbs, rind, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in orange juice Roll in crumb mixture. Place in
greased dish..skin side up and bake for 30 min at 350. Combine remaining ingredients and heat. Pour
over chicken and bake for another 30 minutes.
Are my recipes too easy???
