Lets remove CTL and FTP from the equation for a second. What is the
best composition of training for improving total anabolic hormone
levels (especially Testosterone levels). I understand the general
principles (decrease volume and increase intensity, sports drink to
decrease cortisol levels, ect) but what, in theory type of training
(ON-THE-BIKE) would elicit the largest increases for most individuals.
Considering the powerfull positive effects of a hormone such as
Testosterone on issues such as recovery and red blood cell levels,
what training interventions can be taken to maximize secretion and
thus improve performance. Exotic tips are welcomed.

sports drink to decrease cortisol levels?? Gatoraid right, no FRS, no Extenze.

i'd use the natural way....no sex. after a while you'll be bursting with Testosterone.

haha!... no sex!... that sounds more painfull than testosterone injections!

Wow! For a minute there, just from reading your header, I thought you were wanting to discuss (possibly) hormonal changes associated with menopause. And, since my wife is firmly on the other side of menopause I sure didn't want to walk that walk again!

Same principle as off-the-bike anabolic exercises. Basically big gear, low rpm, high force work for less than 30 minutes a day. I'm no expert, but this is the theoretical approach I'm most familiar with...

That is what I would guess as well
