The forums have been really slow to load for the last few days--at least for me.
When the same thing happened to me I PMed the moderator that had been logged in most recently and asked them to delete the duplicates.
My observation is that even when you go to an error screen the post has actually been made, if you go back to look for it. I copy the message and back arrow to check before reposting.
