How do they take a bathroom break

Another newbie question - when these riders ride for hours, and they have to go for a bathroom break, do they stop to go or do they have a special pee bag or something. I've never seen or participated in long races.

It's a group decision to stop and take a natural break. In some situations riders pee on the move.
