  1. I am hyper neurotic. How do you reverse that without a
lobotomy. the sedatives seem to push the anxiety down only
    to see it rebound.

Completely abstaining from any and all use of the Internet
has been shown in multiple randomized, double-blinded, placebo-
controlled clinical trials to absolutely *reverse* hyper-
neuroses. However, in some cases it was necessary for the
subjects to turn their computers off for a period of
several years in order to achive remission. Try it, and see
    for yourself.

Long shot, see what L-Carnosine does for you. It has effects
in all the adult autistics I know who have tried it, an
effect which could be called 'anti-neurotic'. No idea if
this will carry over to other forms of so called 'neurosis',
but worse case your out a few $$. Give it about a week,
although some people notice an effect immediately.

    L-Carnosine paper:

    ncbi.nlm.nih.govquery.fcgi
    &db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=12585724

Sadly it doesn't contain first hand accounts of its effects,
but it does seem to reduce anxiety, but in an odd way. It
doesn't 'stupify' like anti anxiety agents do.
