here is an ad from their web site. how do you tell what size wheel this is? a real deal at 49.95.

Start the spring/summer riding with a new, very affordable set of wheels. Rigida AS25 rims are
laced to Shimano RM40 wheels using 36, 14 gauge, stainless steel spokes in a 3 cross pattern. Solid
and reliable. Shimano 8/9 speed compatible. 130mm rear spacing. Can be used with 7 speed cassettes
if part # WM-NCS45 (not included) is used. Drilled for Schrader valves. QR skewers are included.
    MSRP 109.95

It's probably safe to assume that everything listed in the 'Road Wheels' section is 700c unless
explicitly stated. The simple way to verify that would be to call 1-800-NASHBAR.

If you intend these wheels for an older bike, you should check the width of the rear end of your
frame. These hubs measure 130mm across the locknuts, and are intended for use with an 8- or 9-speed
cassette. You may need to spread your frame slightly to fit.

You buy the Velocity Twin Hollow wheel set, which is the only one advertised as having a version at
27". Otherwise "road wheels" mean 700c size unless mentioned, and 27" will be mentioned. And buy
many sets of tires and store in a good place - they're getting harder to get each year. or Buy your
own rims and build your wheels. or Just use 700c. Get some long reach brakes, and you're set.
(except it may not look exactly right)
