How important is flexibility (of my body)?

I can't believe this arguement is still going on, yet I'm the one that's
supposed to be the "troll".

Did you stop to read my post? First of all, I'd love for you to supply the
quote where I say that my website has been down for 5 years.

What I DID say was: "But thanks for reading the 5 year old description of my
webiste and judging me on it... ".

The text that Sandor viewed is the <body> of the index page of my website,
which uses frames. Nobody ever sees that text because of the frames and it
is only a description for old search engine purposes. If he was using a
browser that wasn't Lynx and actually supported frames or even graphics, he
would see my real site.

What really boggles my mind though is what does it matter what was on my
website anyways? it's a personal website and I can have whatever I want on
it, and that shouldn't affect whether or not I'm deemed a "troll" by the
troll police on this newsgroup. Maybe if my website said something about
selling SUPER VIAGRA or PENIS ELARGEMENTS or even ROLEX WATCHES, and the
only reason I've been active on usenet for the past 6 years was to get my
business from all the stray-clicks onto my sig, then yes, I'd be a troll
with a shitty business model.

Thanks again Neil,
I've received many emails from people on this newsgroup and .tech giving me
compliments on my website, so I'm not overly concerned about what this guy
thinks. My only issue is stupid **** like this is what makes usenet so hard
to use sometimes... People thinking that they are doing everyone a service
by becoming self appointed troll spotters in an attempt to rid newsgroups of
useless trash are actually the ones causing all the clutter and flamewars
preventing valuable information from easily being found.

If you ever get any discounts from Sheldon, get some good front and rear
racks for me :)

Yeah.. thats's me alright. :)

Agreed, I got a kick out of it too, since I haven't seen that text for over
5 years. It is the content of the body tags on the index page which sets up
all the frames. It's only displayed when someone that doesnt' have a frames
compatible browser (which is less than 1% of the total traffic according to
the site stats) loads the site. I wrote the site when I was still in High
School and so much content has been piled onto it that it is basically
impossible for me to completely change now (because I hate frames and would
love to redo the site completely in php).

Anyways, can we talk about bikes now? There's a message board on my site if
anyone still has any personal issues with my website.

Now who's making the blanket accusations, dude? Why hasn't
three apologies been sufficient? You ARE the one with the
salacious text on your site regardless of the reason. YOU
should have said, 'omg, my fault, sorry about that, I'm a nice
college kid and should have removed that bs a long time ago'.

It's probably worth some time stretching after (most) rides. IMHO, the
driver for flexibility is you don't want to get hurt. I had a reminder
over the weekend -- hadn't been stretching, and developed a muscle
strain. Flexibility exercises (aka stretching) helps prevent such
things. I don't really have to be able to turn myself into a pretzel,
but I need a few minutes' to stay "flexible." If you want to go
further, fine.
