How long off bike with bruised coccyx?

Had a fall on Thursday - bruised my tail bone. It hurt like briefly, but now doesn't hurt at all when I'm pottering around on my feet. Sitting for any period is very uncomfortable though, standing up from a sitting position hurts, and sitting on the bike is a no-no!

Anyone got any idea how long this is likely to last?

Ouch, those are a pain in the butt. I tend to feel better 5-7 days, depending on how hard I wacked it. Hope you feel better
