Hey good job man! Any personal accomplishment is worth celebrating over. Keep it up and you'll hit the 100 mile mark in no time ;)

I'm new to cycling myself and can only turn out about 7-10 miles a day in the 110 degree (F) heat here in Phoenix. Gettin a nice tan REAL fast.

Currently about 200 km per week, getting up at 5 AM and riding before the family wakes up (two daughters, 4 yrs and 4 months old!) and before going to work.

Remember, there is always time to ride, even if you have a family! :D

I only get so many sick days per year. You think I'm going to waste them sitting at home when I'm not feeling well? I'd rather go to work when I'm not feeling well (which thankfully is not often) and use my sick days to get some riding in. :D

Why waste a perfectly good sick day sitting at home sick???

Last year, I did roughly 8 000 km, which amounts to 150 km/week.

The highs were 750 km done during a 10-day tour and the 500 km done during the other 2 weeks of holidays I spent home. OTOH, in Winter, I might go as low as 25-40 km/week, mostly while commuting

Just got my bike 3 weeks ago and have 349 miles on it. I had a "Dr's appointment" today at 1:00 and got 30 miles in...

So, I guess I am in the 100 miles or so range.

I have hit 4000 miles since 17th March 2004 : that's an average of 170 miles per week.
I was doing some lighter work for 1st Jan to 17th March.
Even if you can't get out on the road : an hour on the rollers at 15mph :
7 days per week is 105 miles.

    In winter I do 40km on Tuesdays to Fridays and 105 - 140km on Saturdays and 120 - 140km on Sundays. (Unless I go MTB when I'll do between 60 - 90km) @ 1.6 = +-240miles.

In summer, which is approaching rapidly for us, I do 80km each day, (except Mondays) and about the same as winter over the weekends. = +- 340ish.

Last week I clocked up my best ever weekly mileage at 340km :D Over the past few months it's been at around 250km, which even still is higher than average for me.

Going to try for over 300 again this week!

I try to be in bed by 10:30 but... with a little one who hasn't slep through the night yet that can be problematic:D wake up at 5:00 on the road by 5:05 do a paved rails to trails 11 mile loop (with lights) and in the shower by 5:45, eat, watch the news and off to the office (sit on my butt all day) 9ish hours, then family time... that's my work week schedule, weekends see more road time and miles:)

i try and get as much in during the weekend as possible..

its weird because on a saturday i dont mind getting up at 6:30 am...but on a work day i just want to stay in bed.
