As a newbie on my Bacchetta Giro I am having a good time but I'm not sure I have the seat in the right spot. I assumed I should have my legs extended about the same as on my DF bike but that led to a very jerky stroke that improved a lot when i moved the seat up about half an inch. I realize there are a million opinions and what is good for you may not be good for me-however, are there some "rules of thumb" about leg extension on a recumbent vs. a DF? Since my goal is somewhat higher RPMS is a shorter stroke better for that?
