    According to google calculator 146 US fluid ounces = 4.31773533 liter

    No two bodies are the same.
    A very persistent myth is that adults should drink at least 2 liter of
    water every day.
    For some that might work, I myself usually drink no more than a liter
    of fluids a day and feel fine.
    Remember that a lot of foods are mostly water anyways, like fruit.
