So, I have a two-day ride this weekend coming,
Saturday 100km-Mountain Climb-20km (back to hotel)
Sunday 100km (Return Journey).
What would be the general consensus on riding/training this week?
I was going to do 100km this evening, followed by maybe 50-80km tomorrow or Thursday?
Anyway, any advice tips are very much welcomed!
