How to box up your bike for travel



Sometimes removing the crank arms is not as easy as it looks. If they
have not been removed in some times, they can be a bear. The only way
I could change the cranks on my bike was to grind the old ones off.

For square taper bottom brackets, there are self-extracting crank
bolts. Grease everything when you install them. Use a cheater bar on
your allen wrench if necessary :)
