How to catch water

  1. This my first time to visit news group and i have a swimming career for 4 years. Every year i take
    part in a swimming competition but i have no experinece to get medal.

    I think i am poor at catching water. My kick is good but my pool needs to be improved.

    If someone read this, pls explain the best method to catch water.

    Have you tried a bucket? Or maybe a pail?

    I'm not much of a swimmer myself, in part probably due to a poor catch/dropped elbow. This is
    probably as good and explanation as I have heard about positioning your arm/forearm to get a good
    hold on the water. Hope this is what you are after.
