Maybe somebody can help me

I’ve just started riding again after 12 years of cigarettes, junk food and sitting of the net. And boy is it difficult

Any suggestions to get back in to shape

I started by eating better and I ride for about 45min in the morning and the evening .I mean I don’t expect miracles in 5 days but is there any other things to do that ease the transition
