Hi!
I am planning a 130km ride pretty soon. I have in the past done a 90+km ride with no problems which also included a double 600m climb (once on the way there and once on the way back) totalling a 1200m climb.
I was not exhausted physically on the way back but mentally I was kinda bored of cycling...
The ride I am planning is just 40km more, with much less weight as the previous one was done with a winter jacket etc. It also doesnt contain any difficult climbs.
My main priority is to get there, so thats not racing or training or anything. So basically should I care in trying to maintain a 95rpm cadence and such stuff? Whats the most "economical" way of cycling such a distance? Should I keep in low cadence with a low gear or something like that?
I plan on leaving very early in the morning, like 6am or something like that and I would really like to be there by noon or something...
Thanks.
