  1. I am taking a high potency multi which suggests 4 tablets per day. Is it best to take these all at
once after a meal or better to, say, 2 in the morning and 2 at night?

  2. Some multi supplements like the one I take already is divided into morning, afternoon and evening to
maximize the nutrients utilization and absorption.

If you are taking one with does not do that and where it suggests 4 tabs a day, I would divide them
    as you stated.

well, with my high-potency multi (nine tabs per day :-) I try to spread them out as even as I can
over the day. All the water-soubtle (spell?) vitamins have a relatively short "half live" in your
blood and so it is better to have a more constant level than spikes.

With 4 tabs, I'd say spread them according to the amout of food you eat in the morning/noon/evening.
If you have a big breakfast, small lunch and small dinner, go 2-1-1.

    Regards,

    Andi
