how to upgrade Shimano Sora, 52/42/30 to ultegra dura

I am trying to figure what I need to but to switch from a Shimano Sora,
52/42/30 triple into an ultegra or dura-aace dble.

Do I need to switch out the reaar derailleur also?

Also can I get any arm length?

New front derailleur, new left sti, yes any crank length you want.

Actually won't he need new STI left and right, and also rear derailleur,
since Sora is only 8sp?
