Sad to see it's demise I have to say.
But the siteowners message is quite explicit : another casualty.

It's sad to see real diehard supporters give a eulogy like this. It must be a sample of the wider malaise that we are not seeing so much on TV - as spectator numbers are still visibly OK. Perhaps the current media hooplah and attention (even though its negative) is disguising the fact that many long-term fans are giving-up or about to give up in disgust.

I didn't realize that it was this bad amongst the solid fans.

This is a loss. I used to visit the site because he had often had doping info before it hit the mainstream sites.

I have a query and thought you might be able to help.
I am a junior member since 2009. Sometime during 2009 early 2010 I seem to remember a thread or survey that compiled and ranked
the greatest cyclists of all time. I am not talking about your thread "The Greatest", but another one which actually produced the list by ranking after getting input from other members. I see someone currently has a poll out with choices, but it is not that one either.
Do you remember anything like this? If you can help, I'd appreciate it and if not that's quite all right also.
I have searched a lot and even got some help from Susan W, so don't waste anytime. If something comes to you quickly that would be great, otherwise don't waste your time.
