I am still looking for a bike - any of these any good

11v a pair of ladies & gents "trek" mountain track 800 mountain
bikes c/w 21 speed gears cantilever brakes, shimano gears. finished in
silver.
12v a saracen tufftrax gents 21 gear
mountain bike c/w cantilever brakes shimano gears, finished in blue

13v a raleigh pioneer 21 gear gents
mountain bike c/w cantilever brakes mud guards, shimano gears.

15v a raleigh city pioneer ten gear
gents bike c/w shimano gears, mud guards. finished in black

To me these seem a lot more promising than the usual Claude Butler
stuff they have at these auctions.
What do you think ? especially 15v.

I ride one of these when I can't use my road bike. Very solid reliable
bike, never let me down in 4 years. Except mine has 27 gears, but if you
live in Holland you won't need that many.

I dont live in Holland. I used to though and still keep the email
address. If I lived in Holland I would have no problem getting a bike
as there is a constant merry-go-round of illegal bikes on the market.
You buy a bike it gets nicked so you go out and buy another bike which
has probably been nicked. You used to be able to get a very good
fietser for about 300 guilders (80 pounds). If you wanted something
that was reasonable it would be about 100 guilders.
Here there are far fewer to chose from hence the prices are at least
double.
