I've had it done 4 times now: These were on the bike, not the treadmill.

10/2012 - right after I was out of the hospital - 23
01/2013 - 26
05/2013 -25

Today, 03/06/14 - 33

(all in ml/(kg*min))

So, that still sucks, but at least it's improving.

My AT is now up to 146, it was previously 137.

Cycling is NOT hard for me. Running is moderately challenging - I will NEVER do a half marathon, even, I can handle a 5k or 10k, but not much beyond a 10K. Swimming is still a challenge in terms of breathing, but is getting better.
