I just realised.....

    ......that I've lost one quarter of my bodyweight!

    It's almost exactly a year since I began my journey at 259.6lb, I've lost
    65.6lb which is 25.38% of my starting bodyweight!

    And of course I just took my calculator, and guess what : me too! ( well approximately) A quarter of
    my weight is just gone forever! Wow, isn 't this a grand feeling!!

    That's awesome guys. It shows you have not given up and are in there for
    the long haul.
    You both give me great motivation to get beyond my first week of ww and the
    constant challenges we face to hang in there. Good for you!
