  1. I've purchased an older CAAD3 and plan to strip off the wheelset for my Trek, but I'm not sure what components it's running. The FD has Record on it so I'm assuming it's Campy record. I need help with the other components though - My hunch is that it's pre-1995 campy, just not sure what groupset. Pictures attached.

    The RD looks to be about mid 90s Record or Chorus. I think the brakes are 1994 chorus since they are dual pivot, and the pivot bolt goes through the outer caliper arm--Record was a blind bolt. The lower groups were not dual pivot in 1994. 1995 or later had the group name on the caliper arm. The shifter picture is overexposed so I can't tell, but I suspect the whole group is 1994 chorus.
