So this morning, I was getting ready for my ride. I put my under layer on then a t-shirt till I get to the trail head. Something felt strange but I didn't think much of it.

Then as I was brushing my teeth, I looked in the mirror and saw a label by my neck. What the heck!

Not only did I have my base layer inside out but backwards as well. :D

I remember being on a cycling forum about 42 years old thinking someday I would be able to post in the 50 plus forum. Also thinking they were old.

And now here I am going to be sixty next month. :-O

But I feel good for 60.

Good for you! You're a picture of health anyhow. Articles keep saying cycling turn back the years. Seems true enough.

In and out hambergur. My favorite hands down! I'm 41 and have a lot less health issues and have more energy than during my teens.

Spent 30 minutes finding my car keys so I could drive home from MTB ride. The key fob has a TILE on it to assist finding but there's no cell there at that location
Quite embarrassing.
Fellow rider commented he was actually happy somebody else even younger appears to not be able to keep track of their stuff. He's 73 , me 59. I'm freaking on getting old as well.

Exactly. Gina is the oldest of 4 sisters and looks much healthier than her younger sisters. All are smokers besides Gina. That doesn't help.

When I'm riding, I keep the door and bike lock keys on a jersey pocket and the same pocket every time. Even better if one of your jersey pockets have zipper put your keys there.

With casual clothing and not riding, always on the same pocket side in my pants. I NEVER put my keys on a bag.

I never have to remember where I last put my keys, I just have to make sure I leave them in the same place all the time. Same side of the table, same side of the pants or shorts, or jersey w/e. And putting them back in the same place in the house is the first thing I do after I remove my shoes after getting back to the house. It's been a routine since my teens.

I don't have reliable memory but having a solid routine helps a ton!

I'd always marveled at those with the forethought to put things in the same place.

Wife is at wits end these days. She'd said " you don't seem to have any problem finding your..." your best guess goes in there. So she is suggesting my memory is selective . I say still not really fun not knowing where the keys are. I'll have to work on that routine!
