I would love to import a traditional Philips/Raleigh, rod brake, Roadster (Flying Pigeon, Phoenix, Atlas, Hi-Bird, Lumala etc). I have contacted numerous companies but don't seem to get anywhere. I'd even buy 10 if 20 if that would make the process easier. One Chinese company was prepared to sell me 50 at about $60 each. That's as good as it's got. I know a shop in Adelaide imports Avons but the price is too high. Also discovered 'Singers' still being made in Sri Lanka and BSAs in India.
