ok, so i am not sure if i can salvage something from the season so looking advice as to what course of action i should take
due to injury i missed all of the road season, just starting back on the bike in August, working with limited time and virtually no time for long road rides i am currently doing 3 x 1 hour turbo sessions and two mtb or cross training sessions of about 90mins so about 6 or 7 hours in total per week
current CTL is 50
first cross race is this weekend and nat champs is in the beginning of January
faced with this situation what would you do ? train around the races ( there will be 8 between now and nat champs ), with cost to any chance of ctl growth, train through the early races and continue to try and get ready for last race in January
any similar situations and how did you cope
