I'll travelling to Sydney in a couple of weeks and planning to run the six foot track marathon.
Could anyone give some advise on how to approach this run. I've run 10 marathons, 8 of which were
around 4:00 hours (3:53-4:15). I train on the flats, so hills are a bit of concern. Have been using
treadmill, bridge overpasses and stairmaster as substitute for hills. Any suggestions on how to pace
this course. Also some suggestions on shoes. I am planning on running in Mizuno Alchamy's...any
issues that the trail surface might bring up? Thanks
