  1. I dont think the problem with injuries are that they hurt. Its that what
ever you have injured can not function until healed. That is much worse
    than pain.

  2. thats true, when i broke my ankle last year i was off it for so long on
crutches, which meant i couldnt do any sport, walk properly, go out and
have fun, and if i was unicycling seriosly last year not be doing that
lol, but its annoying sitting on a chair either way

    lol

Ive been hit there. Freaking sucked, cause it swelled up, and I couldnt
bend my ankle well for a few months. It happened a week or two before
Moab, then I rode everyday in Moab, completing every ride, taking hours
to do so on my 20" DX. lol

I think it finally healed a month or two after Moab.

From 'MUT' (http://mut.unitours.org/). Coker crash resulting in a few
feet of sliding on my leg, was going around 30km/h at the time
    according to Roger.

Edit: I know it's not a pedal bite but dammit this thread needed more
    gore 🙂

    What is it?

Even it wasnt serious, there is no one stopping you form posting or
making threads here. I really dont see why people are so uppity about
this thread. Is ee nothing wrong with it.

Brendon, you'd do anything for plastic pedal bites? Get plastic pedals,
no excuses for that one. Ta-daaa. 🙄

  17. I think I buggered up my foot a bit if it makes you feel better.

I unispinned off a curb some time ago and my right foot landed funny,
and got jammed between the spokes and the crank. It hurt for a bit, but
was okay, so I just kept riding, thinking the pain would go by the next
morning. I didn't. In fact, over a week has passed and my foot still
hurts, it causes me to step funny sometimes and some yoga exercises
became painful. I think I might give unicycling a rest for a few days
and then only practise freestyle. Bugger.

    Gagtape, I know I don't have your sympathies. Doesn't matter, I still
    love you.

  19. Jump mounts can be quite bad for beginners. I got them first try, but
then after a few days of practice I fell down and grazed my arm pretty
badly. I had thick crust on it for weeks afterwards. I blame the heat
    for messing up my concentration.
