instructions for rhode gear cycle shuttle

I want to take my bike to the trails but can't put on the Rhodes Gear Cycle Shuttle...
HELP please.

Sammy, I hope you got that figured out. I've had one for almost 20 years and used it on a variety of vehicles...sometimes it takes a bit to figure out how to best configure it to your vehicle.
