Pray you are wrong about that : (

There are no news elsewhere that could indicate that Intense is in trouble. At least not that I
could find.

Per http://user.tninet.se/~ipg289h/English.html

I believe it's just the selling off of some demo bikes - they have posted 'used' bikes on their
website before....

It's a patent sticker. Specialized owns the patent for the Horst four bar linkage design or FSR as
they call it. Intense makes their own frames in house in Temecula CA.

Yeah, you're an idiot ;^ O j/k

But seriously, Intense (and many other mfg'ers) pay Specialized a license fee to use their Patented
rear end design.

No, they licensed the FSR Horst link from Specialzied along with a few other companies like Norco
because is is the best suspension design going these days in my super biased, bite me if you don't
like it opinion. Intense should be in trouble since Specialzied keeps coming out with Big Hit bikes
that look and ride just like what Intense puts out, but at 1/3 or 2/3 the price and with a better
dealer and support network.

Hope you are right. Intense is one of the most interesting frame builders. Would hate to see them go
the way Klein has gone.

Slack, I think you need a job as a MTB Stock Analyst...You'd fit right in with the rest of the
talking heads on CNNfn.

They could give you your own section of the show, "Slacker's MTB Pics"

Peace, Bill The mind serves properly as a window glass rather than as a reflector, that is, the mind
should give an immediate view instead of an interpretation of the world.

Yep agreed, its just a patent sticker. When I bought my Turner the mechanics at the LBS thought it
would be hilarious to plaster the entire frame in specialised stickers... took me fookin' ages to
get them all off.... bastards.

Let me guess, you owna spesh and have never owned an Intense. Your money goes in the build quality
which means the Intense will keep coming back for more when the specialised is back at the warranty
claims department.

Also endoresed by the BBC no less "yep he's really flyin, he's got a great bike there, an Intense.."
