I write for a news website in Wales. We recently interview the first person to have coached Geraint Thomas. For any fans there's some great photos, particularly one of a 14 year old Mark Cavendish and a 13 year old Geraint Thomas on a podium together.
With no funding, no decent facilities, this lady managed to train an impressive crop of world class cyclists.
